Declaring Land Taken Subject as to Part to Certain Rights
for State Housing Purposes in Blocks V and IX, Otahuhu
Survey District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements
to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject as to part
Lot 3, D.P. 41206 to Proclamation 18804, North Auckland
Land Registry, defining the middle line of the Onehunga-
Manurewa via Mangere Motorway and to the fencing agree-
ments contained in memoranda of transfer Nos. 517396 and
546187, North Auckland Land Registry, for State housing
purposes from and after the 23rd day of September 1963.

Dunedin

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes
from and after the 23rd day of September 1963, and shall
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of
Dunedin.
