HUTT RIVER BOARD
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and in the matter of the River Boards Act 1908.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Hutt River Board, a Board duly constituted under the provisions of the River Boards Act 1908 and being a local authority within the meaning of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a public work, namely, river protective works and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken for river protection purposes. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken being Survey Office Plan Nos. 25105 and 25393 are deposited at the offices of the Board situate in Winslow Chambers, Margaret Street, Lower Hutt, and are there open for inspection by all persons without fee during ordinary office hours. All persons who are affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands who have any well grounded objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands should state their objections in writing and send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Secretary, Hutt River Board, at the above address.

JOINT FAMILY HOMES ACT 1950
NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned person has, by the application enumerated below, applied under the Joint Family Homes Act 1950, to register as a joint family home the land situated and described as shown after the name of the said applicant; and that the land will be registered accordingly unless a caveat forbidding the granting of the application is lodged with me under that Act at the District Land Registry Office at Hamilton before the 12th day of September 1963, by some person claiming either to be a creditor of the applicant or to have some estate or interest in the said land.
