Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Matamata County Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the general funds of the Council.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Manukau County Council

Amendment of Foreshore Licence Authorising McCallum Bros. Ltd. to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea at Karamuramu Island, Hauraki Gulf, as a Site for a Jetty and Hopper

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby amends the licence of 13 March 1962, licensing McCallum Bros. Ltd., of Auckland, to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Karamuramu Island, Hauraki Gulf, as a site for a jetty and hopper by inserting after the word “hopper”, wherever it appears, the words “and landing” and after the symbols “M.D. 5112” the symbols “and M.D. 11576”.
