✨ Land Reservations and Service Arrangements
Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets part the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the last mentioned Act, to form the Santoft Domain, to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Vesting the Management of the Wharves at Minarets and Wanaka in Lake Wanaka in the Lake County Council
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby vests in the Lake County Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which terms shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) the management of the wharves at Minarets and Wanaka, in Lake Wanaka, as shown on plans marked M.D. 8904 and M.D. 8155 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon the said wharves as shown on the said plans, such vesting to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby prescribes that the dues and rates set forth in the Second Schedule hereto shall be charged and taken by the licensee for the use of the said wharves.
FIRST SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be 1s. payable on demand.

The terms of this licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of July 1963.
SECOND SCHEDULE
DUES AND RATES
Every master or owner of a vessel using the said wharves shall pay the licensee annually for the use of the said wharves the sum of five pounds (£5) per annum.

Special Arrangements for the Provision of Medical and Pharmaceutical Services for Residents of Middlemarch Special Area
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 82 of the Social Security Act 1938, the Minister of Health has made special arrangements by which all persons for the time being resident in the area described in the Schedule hereto are, on and after the 1st day of September 1963, entitled to receive without charge, at the hands of Edwin Warwick Hunt, of Middlemarch, registered medical practitioner, or such other registered medical practitioners as may be at any time appointed by the Minister of Health for the purpose, all such medical and pharmaceutical requirements as are provided as benefits in accordance with the Social Security (Medical Benefits) Regulations 1941 and the Social Security (Pharmaceutical Supplies) Regulations 1941.
The notice dated the 27th day of November 1947,* relating to special arrangements for the residents of the Middlemarch Special Area, is hereby revoked.
