BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME (OPUA SECTION)
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands County, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the line of mean high water of the Veronica Channel, in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 34284 in Block V, Russell Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly generally along the shores of the said channel to the northern side of Beechy Street; thence easterly along that roadside to a point in line with the north-western side of the North Auckland Railway (Opua Branch); thence south-westerly along a right line crossing Beechy Street to and along that north-western side to the southernmost corner of Section 14, Block XXX, Town of Opua, and north-westerly and northerly along the south-western boundaries of Sections 14 and 1, Block XXX aforesaid, a right line across Kennedy Street, to and along the south-western and western boundaries of Section 1, Block XXIX, Town of Opua, and that last-named boundary produced to the north-western side of Trollope Street; thence north-easterly along that roadside, north-westerly along the south-western side of Scoresby Street and south-westerly along the south-eastern side of Rommaney Street and its production to the western side of Ross Road; thence northerly along the said western side, crossing an intervening public road, to the south-eastern corner of Lot 12, D.P. 34284; thence westerly, northerly, and north-easterly along the southern and western boundaries of the said Lot, the western boundaries of Lots 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, and 3, all the aforesaid Lots being of D.P. 34284, and the north-western boundary of the last named Lot and its production across a public road to the point of commencement.
