  3. On both sides of No. 1 State Highway in Waikouaiti County from the Waikouaiti Bridge at route mileage 418.37 and thence in a southerly direction to a point at route mileage 418.87. (17 July 1963.)

Classification of Road in Eyre County

Pursuant to regulation 3 (3) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955,* the Commissioner of Transport, as required by the National Roads Board, hereby revokes the Warrant dated the 18th day of February 1963†, which relates to the road described in the Schedule hereto and hereby declares that the road shall belong to the Class as set out in the said Schedule.

Minimum Prices in Respect of Export Meat (Notice No. Ag. 7816)

Pursuant to section 12 of the Meat Export Prices Act 1955, notice is hereby given that the Meat Export Prices Committee has prepared the table of minimum prices set out in the Schedule hereto for the classes of meat set out in the said Schedule in respect of meat exported from New Zealand for the year ending 30 September 1964.

Pelorus Sound Hydatid Committee to be “Approved Organisation” for the Purposes of Hydatids Act 1959 (Notice No. Ag. 7815)

Pursuant to section 2 of the Hydatids Act 1959, the Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said section, hereby approves the organisation named in the First Schedule hereto for the purpose of controlling, preventing, and eradicating hydatids in the area described in the Second Schedule hereto.

ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station B (Editor Hill) in Block VI, Tennyson Survey District; thence proceeding south-easterly generally along the summit of the Opouri Range and the summit of the northern watershed of the Kaiuma Stream to Black Point (Whataaruhe) in Block V, Linkwater Survey District; thence easterly along Mahau Sound to a point on the mean high-water mark in line with the western boundary of Part Section 21, Pelorus Sound Registration District, in Block VI, Linkwater Survey District; thence generally north-easterly along the sea coast of Mahau Sound to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 2, Block III, Linkwater Survey District; thence northerly to and along the said western boundary to the north-western corner of the said Section 2; thence westerly along the southern boundaries of Section 3, Block III aforesaid, and Section 8 Block II, Linkwater Survey District to the south-western corner of the said Section 8; thence westerly along the watershed between Kenepuru and Mahau Sounds to the western boundary of Section 3, Block II aforesaid; thence northerly along the said western boundary and its production to the south shore of Kenepuru Sound; thence westerly along the shore of Kenepuru Sound to a point, at the mouth of the said Sound, due north of Trig. CC in Block II aforesaid; thence north-easterly along a right line across Kenepuru Sound to the point known as Koutawai, and along the watershed between the Pelorus and Kenepuru Sounds to its intersection with the northern boundary of Section 9, Block II aforesaid; thence easterly along the northern boundary of the said Section 9 to the north-eastern corner of the said section; thence generally north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of Section 15, Block III, Orieri Survey District to the northernmost corner of Section 14, Block III aforesaid, and along a right line to the north-western corner of Section II, Block II, Orieri Survey District; thence easterly along the northern boundary of the said Section II to its north-eastern corner; thence northerly and north-westerly along the eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Section 16, Block II aforesaid, to the westernmost corner of Section 180, Block II aforesaid; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundary of the said Section 180, and its production to the western shore of Wet Inlet, Elie Bay, Crail Bay, Clova Bay, and Beatrix Bay to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 1, Block IX, Orieri Survey District; thence south-easterly to and along that boundary to the south-western corner of the said Section 1; thence easterly along the northern boundary of Section 2, Block IX aforesaid, to the north-eastern corner of the said Section 2; thence generally south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of Crown Land, Block III, Gore Survey District, the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 13 and 12, Block II, Gore Survey District, and the north-eastern and eastern boundaries of Section 14, Block II aforesaid, to the south-eastern corner of the last-mentioned section; thence westerly along the southern boundary of the said Section 14 to the north-eastern corner of that portion of State Forest containing 520 acres; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of the said State Forest to the north-eastern corner of Section 15, Block II aforesaid; thence generally south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of the said Section 15 and that portion of State Forest containing 160 acres to the boundary between Blocks I and II, Gore Survey District; thence due east to the north-western boundary of Section 24, Block VI, Gore Survey District; thence north-easterly along the said boundary of Section 24 to the northernmost corner of the said Section 24; thence north-westerly, north-easterly, and northerly along the south-western and north-western boundaries of Lot 2, D.P.
