SCHEDULE

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of July 1963.

  3. The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be 1s. payable on demand.

Licensing Cluny Charles Ashmore and Hope Ashmore to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea at Hina Hina, Catlins, as a Site for a Jetty, Slipway, and Storeroom


PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Cluny Charles Ashmore and Hope Ashmore (hereinafter called the licensees, which term shall include their administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Hina Hina, Catlins, as shown on plans marked M.D. 11379 and M.D. 11546 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a jetty, slipway, and storeroom as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of December 1962.

  3. The premium payable by the licensees shall be five (£5) and the annual sum so payable (£5).

Kaponga—Riverlea Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area Declared (Notice No. Ag. 7820)


PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1955, the Minister of Agriculture hereby declares that:

  1. The area of land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area under the name of the Kaponga—Riverlea Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area:

  2. This notice shall take effect on the 15th day of August 1963.


SCHEDULE

BOUNDARIES OF THE KAPONGA—RIVERLEA BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District in the Counties of Stratford and Eltham bounded by a line commencing at a point on the southern boundary of Egmont National Park at the northern corner of Section 1 (E.R.), Block VII, Kaupokonui Survey District and proceeding southerly along the eastern boundaries of the said Section 1 and Section 2, Block VII aforesaid, to the south-western corner of Section 8, Block VII aforesaid; thence generally easterly along the southern boundary of that section and its production to and along the middle of Manaia Road to and along the middle of Opunake Road to a point in line with the western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 1065; thence generally southerly to and along that boundary and the southern boundary of that lot, the western boundaries of Sections 35 and 36, Block VII aforesaid, the northern and western boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 3356, the western boundaries of Sections 107, 108, 109, and 110, Block XI, Kaupokonui Survey District aforesaid, and the southern boundary of the said Section 110 and its production to and along the middle of Palmer Road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 2s, Parkes Settlement, to and and along that boundary and the western boundaries of that section and Sections 3s, 4s, 5s, 6s, and 7s, Parkes Settlement, and Sections 120 and 125, Block XI aforesaid, to the northern boundary of Section 4, Block XV, Kaupokonui Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the County of Eltham as described in Gazette 1926, page 2; thence westerly along that boundary to the middle of the Otakeho Stream at the northern boundary of Section 1, Block XIV, Kaupokonui Survey District; thence generally northerly up the middle of that stream to the southern boundary of Egmont National Park: thence easterly along that boundary to the point of commencement.

Declaring the Borough of Mataura to be an Inspected Meat Area (Notice No. Ag. 7819)


PURSUANT to section 7A of the Meat Act 1939, as added by section 2 (2) of the Meat Amendment Act 1962, the Minister of Agriculture hereby declares the borough of Mataura, as constituted from time to time, to be an inspected meat area.
