HAMILLTON CITY COUNCIL

SPECIAL ORDER

In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by section 108A of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves by way of special order to make a consolidated special rate of twopence and thirty-nine hundredths of a penny (2.39d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value unimproved of all rateable property in the City of Hamilton; such consolidated special rate to be in lieu of any special rates made and levied before the date of this resolution whether over the whole City of Hamilton or over any defined portion or portions thereof to provide for interest and other charges on the under-mentioned loans and that such consolidated special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate and be due and payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year until the said loans are fully paid off.
