PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act, 1928 the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and the interest in land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by James McCarty Drumm under and by virtue of Deferred Payment Licence, Volume 1938, folio 94, North Auckland Land Registry, are hereby taken for road from and after the 29th day of July 1963.
