A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 26 perches situated in Block V, Mangonui Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 2, Mangonui East Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7961 (S.O. 43037) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of July 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 19th day of October 1950, and published in Gazette, 26 October 1950, Volume III, page 1886, and registered in the Land Transfer Office at Wellington as No. 4262, proclaiming land as road in Block V, Ongo Survey District, Rangitikei County, and hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
