of Farm Services (St. Andrews) Ltd. (in voluntary
liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book,
the above-named company on the 15th day of July 1963,
resolved by way of extraordinary resolution as follows:
"That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities
continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and
that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily."
A meeting of the creditors of the above-named company
will accordingly be held at the New Century Hall, Barnard
Street, Timaru. on Thursday, the 25th day of July 1963, at
2.30 p.m.

of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on
the 10th day of July 1963, presented to the said Court by
Crown Meat Co. Ltd., a duly incorporated company having
its registered office at Auckland and carrying on the business
of meat merchants; and that the said petition is directed to
be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 26th day
of July 1963, at 10.00 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making
of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of

NORTH AUCKLAND ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the North
Auckland Electric Power Board hereby resolves as follows:
“‘That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of two hundred thousand pounds (£200,000) authorised
to be raised by the North Auckland Electric Power Board
under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of supplying
and distributing electricity in the Board’s district and works
incidental thereto, the said North Auckland Electric Power
Board hereby makes a special rate of decimal four one six
pence (0·416d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value
(on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable prop-
erty in the North Auckland Electric Power District; and
that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during
the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st
day of April in each and every year during the currency of
the loan, being a period of twenty (20) years or until the
loan is fully paid off.”
