Notice is hereby given by the Public Trustee as executor of
the will of Margaret Dickey, late of Freshford, married woman,
that the partnership formerly carried on at Freshford, near
Riversdale, by Henry Alexander Dickey and the said Margaret
Dickey was by reason of the death of Margaret Dickey
on 5 June 1963 dissolved on that date, and that the said
business has been carried on by Henry Alexander Dickey
as from the date of dissolution.

APPLICATION has been made to the above company to issue a
new certificate of title in lieu of original certificates Nos.
30890, 39196, and 11026 issued in the name of Agnes Wauchop
and on behalf of Agnes Wauchop there has been made a
statutory declaration that the original certificate of title to
the said stock has been lost.
Notice is hereby given that unless within 30 days from the
date hereof there is made to the company some claim or
representation in respect of the said original certificate a new
certificate will be issued in place thereof.

declaration that the original certificate of title to the said
stock has been lost.

TAURANGA ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL RATE
Renewal Loan 1963
"That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of the
principal and interest and other charges in respect of the
Tauranga Electric Power Board Renewal Loan 1963, £20,000,
authorised to be raised by the Tauranga Electric Power Board
under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, for the purpose
of redeeming the outstanding liability in respect of a portion
of £20,000 of the Tauranga Electric Power Board Electrical
Extension Loan 1952, third portion of £30,000, the Board
hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1/13th of a penny
in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the
unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Tauranga
Electric Power District and that such special rate shall be
payable on the 1st day of August in each and every year during
the currency of the said loan, being a period of ten years or
until the loan is fully paid off."
We hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy
of a resolution passed by the Board on 26 June 1963.

HENDEBSON BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Fire Station Supplementary Loan 1962 £1,000
THE following resolution was duly passed at a special meeting
of the Henderson Borough Council held on the 1st day of
July 1963:
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act, 1956, the
Henderson Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for providing the annual charges on the loan of
£1,000 authorised to be raised by the Henderson Borough
Council under the above-mentioned Act for completing the
purpose for which the Fire Station Loan 1959, £15,500, was
sanctioned, the said Henderson Borough Council hereby makes
a special rate of decimal zero two pence (0·02d.) in the
pound on the rateable unimproved value of all rateable
property in the Borough of Henderson and that such special
rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of
the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each
and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period
of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off; and that such
special rate is hereby permanently appropriated and pledged
as security for the purpose of securing the said loan of £1,000
and interest thereon at the rate of five and three eighths per
cent (5⅜%) per annum. Further, that the Mayor and Town
Clerk be authorised to sign and issue under Seal, debentures,
certificates, and other documents required by the lenders in
respect of the said loan of £1,000."

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Additional Sewer Reticulation Loan 1963 £40,000
THE following resolution was duly passed at a special meeting
of the Henderson Borough Council held on the 1st day of
July 1963:
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act, 1956, the
Henderson Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purposes of providing the annual charges on
the loan of £40,000 authorised to be raised by the Henderson
Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of completing sewer reticulation in the Borough and
meeting costs incidental thereto, the said Henderson Borough
Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal five seven pence
(0·57d.) in the pound on the rateable unimproved value of
all rateable property in the Borough of Henderson and that
such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of
June in each and every year during the currency of the loan,
being a period of 30 years, or until the rate is fully paid off;
and that such special rate is hereby permanently appropriated
and pledged as security for the purpose of securing the said
loan of £40,000 and interest thereon at the rate of five and
three eighths per cent (5⅜%) per annum. Further, that the
Mayor and the Town Clerk be authorised to sign and issue
under Seal, debentures, certificates, and other documents
required by the lenders in respect of the said loan of £40,000."

OTAGO CENTRAL ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Extensions Loan 1963—£60,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Otago Central Electric Power Board hereby resolves as
follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of sixty thousand pounds (£60,000) authorised to be
raised by the Otago Central Electric Power Board under the
above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of purchase of equip-
ment and further reticulation within the board's district,
the said Otago Central Electric Power Board hereby makes a
special rate of 0·078 of a penny in the pound on the capital
value of the rateable property in the whole of the Board's
district of supply; and that the special rate shall be an annually
recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable
half-yearly on the 1st days of January and July in each and
every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of
25 years or until the loan is fully paid off."
