Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Le Roy’s Bush Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Le Roy’s Bush Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve by the North Shore Scenic Board.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Whakatane County Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for historic purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whakatane, in trust, for that purpose.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Hamilton City Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for aerodrome purposes and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hamilton, in trust, for that purpose, subject to the terms of an agreement between Her Majesty the Queen and the Hamilton City Council dated the 23rd day of June 1961, a copy of which is deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington as South Auckland Deed No. 5509.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Hampden Borough Council and Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Hampden and changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for tree-planting purposes to a reserve for a site for a Scout and Guide hall.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Golden Bay County Council and Declaration That Land Shall be Part of the Pohara Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Golden Bay of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Pohara Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
