Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Block III, Cairnhill Survey District, Vincent County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

Otago Land District

Land Proclaimed as Road

All those pieces of land situated in Block III, Cairnhill Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being

1 0 19 Part Section 12.

0 3 12 Part Section 32.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7875 (S.O. 12785) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE

Otago Land District

Road Closed

All those pieces of road situated in Block III, Cairnhill Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through

12 3 11 Run 500 and Sections 12, 31, and 32, and Water Race.

1 2 27 Sections 12 and 32.

0 1 37 Section 32.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7875 (S.O. 12785) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring a Roadway Laid Out in Block III, Kaeo Survey District, Whangaroa County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 6th day of January 1961, to be road.

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 8th day of October 1952, to be road.

SCHEDULE

South Auckland Land District

All that piece of land containing 2 roods 8·2 perches, situated in Block X, Rotoiti Survey District, being part 3B Mourea Papakainga Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7892 (ML. 17546) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Pursuant to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be street.

All those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Porirua, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7946 (M.L. 4886) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

All those pieces of Government road situated in Block III, Waiwera Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through

0 1 24·7 Part Section 17 and part Allotment 313, Parish of Waiwera; coloured green, edged green, on plan.

1 0 15·4 Part Section 17 and Sections 43, 44, and 46, and part Allotment 313, Parish of Waiwera; coloured green on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7950 (S.O. 44084) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
