KAMO TOWN COUNCIL

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Kamo Town District Scheme Approved

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for the Kamo Town District was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 7th day of May 1963, after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the district scheme required by the Board had been incorporated.

The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 15th day of May 1963.

Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the Council’s office and in every public library in the district and may be inspected without fee by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

WAIMARINO COUNTY COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Waimarino County District Scheme Approved

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme, under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the Waimarino County was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 20th day of June 1963 after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the district scheme required by the Board had been incorporated.

The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 15th day of July 1963.

Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the Council’s office and in every public library in the district and may be inspected without fee by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

BALCLUTHA BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Public Notification of Balclutha District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Council made on the 26th day of June 1963, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.

The scheme relates to the Borough of Balclutha.

The scheme has been deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar, Dunedin; Carnegie Library, John Street, Balclutha; and Municipal Chambers, Clyde Street, Balclutha, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act, and there open for inspection without fee to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.

Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 4 p.m., Monday, 21 October 1963.

At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

WHANGAREI BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Whangarei Borough Operative District Planning Scheme

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 35 (3) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 of the subject matter of an application in the Borough of Whangarei consented to by the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board under section 35 of the said Act.

Applicant: J. F. Evans Ltd.

Terms of Consent: To permit the applicant company to lease to the Whangarei and Districts Workingmen’s Club (Inc.) all that piece of land situated in Porowini Avenue, Whangarei, containing 1 rood 2·3 perches being Lot 20 on Deposited Plan 39864 being part of Raumanga No. 1 Block, and all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 1138, folio 284, Auckland Registry, for the purpose of the normal activities of the club and also for the purpose of sub-letting part or parts of the buildings thereon not being in conformity with the said scheme upon and subject to the following conditions:

(a) That no further buildings are erected on the site.
(b) That provision be made for off street parking in accordance with ordinance 19 of the Whangarei district planning scheme code of ordinances.
(c) That no extensions to the buildings will be permitted.
(d) That the existing buildings conform to the means of egress and public buildings bylaws.

Pursuant to: Consent of the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board under section 35 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, appeal No. 317/62.
