LOWER HUTT CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION TO MAKE SPECIAL RATE
Streets Reconstruction Loan (No. 13) 1963--£37,500
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Lower Hutt City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of thirty-seven thousand five hundred pounds (£37,500), authorised to be raised by the Lower Hutt City Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of reconstructing part of the main Stokes Valley Road, the said Lower Hutt City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of two hundred and ninety-six thousandths of a penny (0·296d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all rateable property in the City of Lower Hutt, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be incorporated and added to the Consolidated Special Rate made pursuant to the provisions of section 108A of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1954, and be payable yearly on or about the first day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 25 years, or until such time as the loan is paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly passed at the meeting of the Lower Hutt City Council held on 24 June 1963.

RESOLUTION TO MAKE SPECIAL RATE
Redemption Loans
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Lower Hutt City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on the loans contained in the Schedule below, authorised to be raised by the Lower Hutt City Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of repaying portions of loans maturing during the 1963–64 financial year, the said Lower Hutt City Council hereby makes and levies the special rates in the pound, shown in the Schedule below, on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all the rateable property in the City of Lower Hutt, and that such special rates shall be annually recurring rates during the currency of such loans, and be incorporated in and added to the consolidated special rate made pursuant to the provisions of section 108A of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and be payable yearly on or about the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loans, being periods of 15 and 20 years respectively, or until such times as the loans are paid off.”

said Auckland City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-sixth of one penny (${\frac {1}{6}}$ of 1d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all rateable property of Auckland City, comprising the whole of the City of Auckland; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the said loan or until the loan is fully paid off.”

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and amendments, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and amendment, and regulations thereunder, and of all other powers thereunto enabling it, the Auckland City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of one hundred and fifty-three thousand six hundred pounds (£153,600) to be known as the Victoria Street Parking Building Additional Loan 1961, £153,600, which amount is proposed to be raised by the Auckland City Council under the above-mentioned Acts for the purpose of meeting part of the cost of constructing a car parking building in Victoria Street East, and the cost of raising the loan, the said Auckland City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of two-ninths of one penny (${{\frac {2}{9}}}$ of 1d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all rateable property of Auckland City, comprising the whole of the City of Auckland; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the said loan or until the loan is fully paid off.”

AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and amendments, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and amendment, and regulations thereunder, and of all other powers thereunto enabling it, the Auckland City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of one hundred and fifty-seven thousand four hundred pounds (£157,400) to be known as the Redemption Loan No. 6 1963, £157,400, which amount is proposed to be raised by the Auckland City Council under the abovementioned Acts for the purpose of redeeming part of the 3rd Issue of £200,000 of the Cossey’s Creek Development Loan 1951, £1,698,000 which matures on 13 July 1963, and the cost of raising the loan, the said Auckland City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of six twenty-thirds of one penny (${{\frac {6}{23}}}$ of 1d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all rateable property of Auckland City, comprising the whole of the City of Auckland; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the said loan or until the loan is fully paid off.”

“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of one hundred and fifteen thousand pounds (£115,000) to be known as the Northcote Reservoir Loan 1962, £115,000, which amount is proposed to be raised by the Auckland City Council under the above-mentioned Acts for the purpose of purchasing land and certain assets of the Northcote Borough Council, erecting a reservoir and laying a supply main, and the cost of raising the loan, the AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and amendments, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and amendment, and regulations thereunder, and of all other powers thereunto enabling it, the Auckland City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of forty-eight thousand pounds (£48,000) to be known as the Redemption Loan No. 7 1963, £48,000, which amount is proposed to be raised by the Auckland City Council under the above-mentioned Acts for the purpose of redeeming part of the Parks Loan No. 2 1953, £35,000, which matures on 20 August 1963 and part of the 1st Issue of
