Wellington Airport

IN the matter of the Public Works Amendment Act 1935 and
in the matter of the Wellington Airport in the Wellington
Land District.

The Minister of Works, pursuant to section 4 of the Public
Works Amendment Act 1935 as substituted by section 8 of the
Public Works Amendment Act 1956, hereby revokes the notice
dated the 7th day of June 1939, published in Gazette, 8 June
1939, Volume II, at page 1729, and registered as K. 22676,
Wellington Land Registry, imposing a restriction as to the
height of any building, pole, mast, or other structure of any
kind upon the land described therein.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed under the provisions
of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in
the Schedule hereto for soil conservation purposes, and notice
is hereby further given that the plan of the land required to
be taken is deposited in the post office at Hamilton and is
there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the
taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded
objections to the taking of the said land, set forth the same
in writing and send such writing, within 40 days from the
first publication of this notice to the Minister of Works at
Wellington.
