Declaring Road in the City of Auckland to be Under the Control and Management of the Auckland City Council
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 19th day of June 1963 Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be under the control and management of the Auckland City Council.
SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL that piece of road situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., situated at the corner of Tamaki Drive and Okahu Street; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7791 (S.O. 43725) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A.

The Mamaku Cemetery Order 1963 BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 29th day of May 1963 Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Mamaku Cemetery Order 1963.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of May 1963.

The Rotorua County Council is hereby appointed to be the trustee of the Mamaku Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto and shall have the control and management of that cemetery under and for the purposes of the Cemeteries Act 1908.

(1) The delegation to the Rotorua County Council of the powers of appointing and removing trustees of the said cemetery made by Order in Council dated the 18th day of September 1933* is hereby revoked.
(2) The said Order in Council is hereby accordingly amended by omitting from the Schedule the words "Rotorua County Council ... Mamaku".
SCHEDULE ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, containing 5 acres, more or less, being Section 18, Block XIV, Rotorua Survey District; as shown on plan marked 191/2/70 held in the office of the Department of Health, Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. Plan 12552).

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 10th day of June 1963 Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a landing place for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngatiwai, Te Urihikihiki, Ngaupakiaka, and Ngatitauhi tribes.

Varying an Order in Council Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 19th day of June 1963 Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 439 (5) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby varies the Order in Council made on 13 October 1948, and published in Gazette on 14 October 1948, Volume III, page 1276, by declaring that the land described in the Schedule hereto is set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place and marae for the common use and benefit of all the Maori people of New Zealand.
