A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of portion of the Rotorua-Tarukenga Motorway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 7674 referred to in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
COMMENCING at a point on the Tirau-Napier via Rotorua State Highway No. 5 approximately 2 chains north from the south-western corner of D.P. 12107, being part Okoheriki 2D 3A Block (C.T. 329/193) and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 3 miles 60 chains, passing in, into, through, or over the following lands: namely, parts of the land on D.P. 12107, being parts Okoheriki 2D 3A Block (C.T. 329/193), parts Okoheriki 2D 3A (C.T. 320/91) 2D 3B (C.T. 1097/109 and 983/246) Blocks, Okoheriki 2D 3 C 2 (C.T. 1B/1210) 2D 3c 3 (C.T. 388/43) Blocks, part of the land on D.P. 13624; being part Okoheriki 2D 3A Block (C.T. 327/232), Section 10, Block XV, Rotorua Survey District (C.T. 485/16), Section 29, Block XV, Rotorua Survey District (C.T. 734/175), parts Auckland-Rotorua Railway, Section 20, Block XV, Rotorua Survey District (C.T. 296/299), Section 2, Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District (C.T. 52/159), part of the land on D.P. 5221, being part Section 6, Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District (C.T. 266/11), part Section 6, Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District (C.T. 163/144), Okoheriki 1H North 3A Block (C.T. 1799/65), part Lot 3, D.P. 7048, being part Okoheriki 1H North 3B Block (C.T. 1701/8), Lot 22 (C.T. 1253/27), Lot 23 (C.T. 1269/11), and Lot 24 (C.T. 1202/191), D.P. The Northern Side of Portion of Frederick Street, in the City of Wellington, Exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of June 1963
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the 1st day of October 1962, as set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
The Wellington City Council being the local authority having control of the streets in Wellington City by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the northern side of the portion of Frederick Street adjoining part Sections 231, 238 and 239, Town of Wellington, being all (or part) of the land in certificate of title, Volume 121, folio 289, Wellington Registry, as is more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto.
SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
The northern side of all that portion of street situated in the City of Wellington, known as Frederick Street, fronting part Sections 231 and 238, Town of Wellington, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7896 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
