in the Borough of Papakura and Added to Land Now Held
for a Public School

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the access way described in the First Schedule
hereto, subject to the building-line restriction contained in
K.77336, North Auckland Land Registry, is hereby closed and
added to the land now held for a public school described in
the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of access way containing 4.1 perches situated
in Block IV, Drury Survey District, Borough of Papakura,
Auckland R.D., and being Lot 144, D.P. 47965. Part certificate
of title, Volume 1908, folio 18, North Auckland Land Registry.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres 1 rood 1.1 perches
situated in Block IV, Drury Survey District, Borough of
Papakura, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 1, D.P. 41370, being
part Allotments 8 and E 11, and closed road, Opaheke
Parish, and being all of the land in Proclamation No. 14180,
North Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 19th day of June 1963.

Survey District
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 1st day of July 1963.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 13 acres 3 roods 19 perches
situated in the City of Hamilton, being parts Allotments 24
and 25, Te Rapa Parish; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7801 (S.O. 42142)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 18th day of June 1963.

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and
shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
Borough of Waipukurau as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 27th day of June 1963.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of
Waipukurau, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 2.42 Part Lot 156, D.P. 169, part Block 16, Waipukurau
Crown Grant District; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 4.85 Part Lot 159, D.P. 169, part Block 16, Waipukurau Crown Grant District; coloured orange on
plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 7843 (S.O. 3119) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as
above mentioned.

General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and
shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
Borough of Taradale as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 1st day of July 1963.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 4.6 perches situated
in the Borough of Taradale, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being
part Suburban Sections 46 and 55, Meeanee, Block VIII,
Heretaunga Survey District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7718 (S.O. 3570)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 19th day of June 1963.
