TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Tauranga County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 to take for road the portion of land described in the Schedule hereto. A plan showing the portion of land proposed to be taken is available for public inspection at the office of the Tauranga County Council, Barkes Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, during 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice. Public Notification of Change of Mount Wellington District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Mount Wellington Borough Council, a change of the Mount Wellington District Scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The change relates to the areas and matters set forth in the Schedule to this notice. A plan showing the change of the scheme has been deposited in the offices of:

The District Land Registrar, Auckland,
The Auckland Regional Planning Authority, 26 Princes Street, Auckland; and
The Mount Wellington Borough Council, Panmure,

in accordance with section 22 (1) of the Act and is there open to inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.

Objections to the change of the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960 and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at Panmure at any time not later than the 7th day of August 1963. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.
