Declaration that Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Mount Albert Borough Council on the 9th day of April 1963:

“That, in accordance with the provisions of section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, Council, having given the requisite notice required by that Act and no objections having been received, hereby resolves that the lands contained in the Schedule hereunder being lands held in fee simple by Council without reservation be and are hereby declared to be a public reserve within the meaning of the aforesaid Act to be held for the purposes of a public park and recreation ground.”
