Declaring Additional Land Taken for an Institution Established Under the Child Welfare Act 1925 in the City of Christchurch

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925 from and after the 17th day of June 1963.

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the additional land described in the Schedule hereto for a public school; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Oamaru and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of the said land set forth the same in writing and send such writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
