The Northern Hawke's Bay Rabbit District Order 1963

At the Government House at Wellington this 5th day of
June 1963
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Northern Hawke's
    Bay Rabbit District Order 1963.

    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the
    date of its notification in the Gazette.

  2. The boundaries of the Northern Hawke's Bay Rabbit
    District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the
    24th day of October 1945,* are hereby altered and redefined
    and as from the commencement of this order the boundaries
    of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule
    hereto.

SCHEDULE

BOUNDARIES OF THE NORTHERN HAWKE'S BAY RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Taupo, Wai-
roa, and Hawke's Bay Counties, containing 539,600 acres, more
or less, and bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station 65A
in Block XXI, Kaweka Survey District, and proceeding north-
easterly along a right line through Trig. Station 68A and its
production to the middle of the Mohaka River; thence up the
middle of that river to a point in line with the north-western
boundary of Pakaututu Block; thence easterly generally along
the western, northern, and eastern boundaries of that block
to and down the middle of the Mohaka River to the sea coast;
thence generally southerly along the sea coast to the middle
of the Tutaekuri River; thence generally north-westerly up the
middle of that river to the Donald River; thence northerly up
the middle of that river to its intersection with a right line
between Trig. Stations H (Don Juan) in Block V, Patoka Sur-
voy District, and 65A; thence north-westerly along that right
line to the point of commencement.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the
licensee, hereby revokes as from 1 January 1962 the Order
in Council of the 17th day of January 1951* licensing Hugh
Sutherland Valentine (and subsequently assigned to Vivian
Herbert Judd) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at
Tokatoka, Kaipara Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D.
7521 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department
at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining a barge landing
thereon.
