of Urlwins (Wellington) Ltd., a company duly incorporated

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court,
dated the 22nd day of May 1963, confirming the reduction of
capital of the above-named company from £25,000 to £15,000,
and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect
to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars
required by the above statute, was registered by the Registrar
of Companies on the 28th day of May 1963.

signed in accordance with section 362 of the Companies Act
1955, the above-named company on the 4th day of June 1963
passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a
meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accord-
ingly be held at 49 Waipori Street, Wellington, on Thursday,
the 13th day of June 1963, at 3 p.m.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of Processing Laboratories Ltd.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by duly signed entry in the
minute book of the above-named company on the 4th day
of June 1963, the following special resolution was passed by
the company, namely—

“That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities,
continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and
that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

OAMARU BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Oamaru Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of £3,200 authorised to be raised by the Oamaru
Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of building pensioner cottages, the said Oamaru
Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·0274d. in
the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of
the Borough of Oamaru; and that the special rate shall be an
annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be
payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every
year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 20
years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy
of a resolution passed at a meeting of the Oamaru Borough
Council held on Monday, 27 May 1963.

NAPIER CITY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Sewerage Loan 1963, £578,000

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Napier
City Council hereby resolves as follows:

“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of five hundred and seventy-eight thousand
pounds (£578,000) authorised to be raised by the Napier City
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
improving and extending the city sewerage system, providing
sewage disposal from the Taradale Borough, and erecting
sewage-treatment tanks, the said Napier City Council hereby
makes and levies a special rate of two decimal nought three six
(2·036) of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value (on
the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property
within the City of Napier; and that such special rate shall be
an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan
and be payable on the 1st day of August in each and every
year during the currency of such loan, being a period of
25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

WAIHEMO COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Goodwood Rural Water Supply Loan (No. 1) 1963, £6,000

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waihemo
County Council hereby resolves as follows:

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of £6,000 authorised to be raised by the Waihemo
County Council under the above-mentioned act for the
purpose of providing rural and domestic water supply in the
Goodwood Rural Water Supply District, the said Waihemo
County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·4277d. in the
pound (£) upon the rateable value of all rateable property
in the Goodwood Water Supply District; and that the special
rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency
of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August
in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being
a period of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid
off.”

I hereby certify that the above-mentioned resolution is
a true and correct copy of the resolution passed by the
Waihemo County Council at a meeting held on the 30th
day of May 1963.

ASHBURTON BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Ashburton Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charge on
the above loan of £115,000 authorised to be raised by the
Ashburton Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act
for the purpose of providing a gravity water supply for the
borough, the Ashburton Borough Council hereby makes a
special rate of £0·004488 in the pound upon the rateable
value of all property within the Borough of Ashburton; and
that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during
the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st
day of April in each and every year during the currency of
the loan, being for a period of 10 years, or until the loan
is fully paid off.”

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the
Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and of every other power
in that behalf enabling it, the Mount Albert Borough Council
hereby resolves as follows:

“That, for the purpose or providing the principal, interest,
and other charges on a loan of £50,000, known as the Land
Development Loan 1963 of £50,000, for the purpose of pur-
chasing and developing properties in the Kingsland and
Morningside areas of the borough, the Mount Albert Borough
Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal
