Portion of the Northern Side of York Street, Portion of the Eastern Side of Fox Street, and Portion of the Southern Side of Augustus Street in the City of Auckland Exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council

Pursuant to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the 10th day of December 1962, and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the sides and portions of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

The Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to those portions of the northern side of York Street, the eastern side of Fox Street, and the southern side of Augustus Street fronting part of Allotments 62, 63, and 64 of Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland, comprised in certificates of title, Volume 171, folio 282, Volume 174, folio 46, Volume 174, folio 45, Volume 174, folio 47, Volume 166, folio 149, and Volume 166, folio 148, and more particularly shown coloured red on plan A2735/4.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

The northern side of all that portion of York Street in the City of Auckland fronting part Allotment 64, Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland.

The eastern side of all that portion of Fox Street in the City of Auckland fronting part Allotments 62 and 63, Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland.

The southern side of all that portion of Augustus Street in the City of Auckland fronting part Allotments 62 and 63, Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7630, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Service Lanes to be Vested in the Corporation of the Borough of Murupara and to be Under the Control and Management of the Murupara Borough Council

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 29th day of May 1963 Present:

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council

Pursuant to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the service lanes described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Murupara and be under the control and management of the Murupara Borough Council.

Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Waikato County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
