Authorising Urewera National Park Board to Erect and Use Certain Electric Lines at Aniwaniwa in the County of Wairoa

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Urewera National Park Board (hereinafter referred to as the licensee), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS
IMPLIED CONDITIONS
- The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961 shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
2. This licence is issued under the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, and is subject hereto, and to the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and to all regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively.
SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
3. The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph (a) of regulation 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, and shall be an alternating-current system.
DURATION OF LICENCE
4. Unless sooner lawfully determined this licence shall continue in force until the 31st day of March 1984.
SCHEDULE
LINES for the supply of electrical energy by the system of supply hereinbefore described commencing from the licensee's generator and proceeding in a southerly direction to a garage and in an easterly direction generally across Old Gisborne Road to a house and thence in a north-easterly direction to another house; all being situated in part Block XVIII, Waikaremoana Survey District, in the County of Wairoa; the said lines and buildings being more particularly shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 608 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

PURSUANT to section 90 of the Education Act 1914, as amended by section 10 of the Education Amendment Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Darfield High School Board of Governors Order 1963.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of February 1964. - The constitution of the Board of Governors of Darfield High School, prescribed by section 90 of the Education Act 1914 is hereby varied so that the school shall be controlled by a Board of Governors constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Canterbury Education Board:
(b) One member appointed by the Malvern County Council:
(c) One member appointed by the Executive of the Darfield High School Old Pupils' Association:
(d) One member appointed by the Council of the University of Canterbury:
(e) Five members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the licensee, hereby revokes as from 1 May 1963 the Order in Council of the 25th day of January 1955* licensing Waikato Breweries Ltd. to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark, Waikato River, as shown on plan marked M.D. 9811 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining a water pipe thereon.

PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Whangarei Borough Council to reclaim from the sea in the Hatea River, Whangarei Harbour, 1 acre and 8.8 perches of land, more or less, as shown coloured yellow on plan marked M.D. 11370 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Ararimu Rabbit District Order 1963.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. - The boundaries of the Ararimu Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 10th day of April 1946,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.

BOUNDARIES OF THE ARARIMU RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District in the Manukau and Franklin Counties and the Boroughs of Howick, Otahuhu, Papatoetoe, Manurewa, Papakura, and Tuakau containing 341,000 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at East Tamaki Head in Block X, Rangitoto Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly generally along the sea coast to the north-eastern corner of Allotment 82, Koheroa Parish, in Block VI, Wharekawa Survey District; thence generally westerly along the northern and western boundaries of that allotment crossing and recrossing the Miranda - New Brighton coast road, to a point in line with the middle of Allotment 231 (formerly part of a public road); thence along the middle of a public road to and along the middle of the said Allotment 231 and that line produced along the middle of the Miranda Boundary Road and the production of the middle line of that part which forms the northern boundary of Lot 6, D.P. 33494, to and along the eastern, southern, and western boundaries of Allotment 213 being a series of right lines through Lot 1, D.P. 1466, and Lot 3, D.P. 33494, to and along the middle of a public road, to and along the middle of a strip of land being that part of
