WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public road for which purpose an estate in fee simple in the lands described in the First Schedule hereto and the lessees’ interest in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto require to be taken by the said Waipa County Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.

A plan of the lands required to be taken as aforesaid is open for public inspection at the office of the Waipa County Council in Bank Street, Te Awamutu.

All persons affected are called upon to set forth in writing any well-founded objections to the execution of such work or to the taking of such lands and to send such writing to the Waipa County Council within 40 days from the first publication of this notice.

I, Lawrence Patrick Ryan, Town Clerk of the Napier City Council, the controlling local authority in the Hawke’s Bay Licensing District, hereby declare that the following nominations were received from the local authorities in the district for election as members of the Licensing Committee:
