PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 28th day of January 1963.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 5th day
of April 1941 and published in the Gazette of that year at
page 875, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hoki-
tika as No. 484, wherein land was taken for road in Blocks
XIII and XIV, Mawheraiti Survey District, and Block I,
Ahaura Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described
in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclama-
tion shall take effect on and after the 28th day of January 1963.
