Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of Street at Mount Albert

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Mount Albert Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land allocated to street: 25·3 perches.
Railway land being Lot 18, D.P. 50819, being part Allotment 59, Titirangi Parish, and being part certificate of title, Volume 2101, folio 79, North Auckland Registry.
Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Albert.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of December 1962.

Land Taken for a Quarry in Block VIII, Kaeo Survey District, Whangaroa County
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whangaroa as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of January 1963.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 8 acres 2 roods 31 perches situated in Block VIII, Kaeo Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Otaha O.L.C. 19; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6904 (S.O. 43533) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of January 1963.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of January 1963.
