PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 6th day of December 1960, and published in Gazette, 15 December 1960, Volume III, page 1949, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 17992, defining the middle line of a portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in the City of Auckland, in so far as it affects Lot 15, Deeds Plan 1385, being all certificate of title, Volume 588, folio 128, North Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels and title).
