A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Te Puke as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of May 1963.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 12·4 perches situated in the Borough of Te Puke being part Lot 31, D.P. 8178, being part Section 63, Block II, Maketu Survey District. Balance certificate of title, Volume 363, folio 218, South Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of May 1963.

ALL that piece of land containing 0·3 perches situated in Block IV, Mahinapua Survey District (Borough of Hokitika), Westland R.D., being part Section 1297, Town of Hokitika; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7469 (S.O. 5121) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

SECOND SCHEDULE

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 0·6 perches situated in Block IV, Mahinapua Survey District (Borough of Hokitika), Westland R.D., being Lots 38 and 39, D.P. 1448, being part Reserve 589. Part certificate of title, Volume 49, folio 210, Westland Land Registry.
