Crown Land or State Housing Land Set Apart for the
Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act
1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948,
and the State housing land, within the meaning of the
Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Land Taken for a Service Lane in the Borough of Kaikohe
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane, and
shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
Borough of Kaikohe as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 20th day of May 1963.

Survey District, Borough of Kaikohe, Auckland R.D., described
as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and
the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the use,
convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
20th day of May 1963.
FIRST SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken for Road
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 12 perches
situated in Block VII, Matakaoa Survey District, Gisborne
R.D., and being part Wharekahika 6c 1 Block; coloured pink
on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken for Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 25 perches situated
in Block VII, Matakaoa Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and
being part Wharekahika 6c 1B Block; edged pink on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 6329 (S.O. 1246) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 13th day of May 1963.
