notice dated 13 December 1961 and published in the Gazette,
21 December 1961, Volume III, page 1981, and registered
as No. K. 27993”, read “notices respectively dated 24 July
1942 and 13 December 1961 and published in the Gazette,
30 July 1942, and 21 December 1961, at pages 1975 and
1981, and registered as No. K. 27993 and K. 101131”.

Land Taken for the Purposes of the Broadcasting Corporation
Act 1961 (Transmitter Site) in Block V, Titirangi Survey
District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 15 of
the Broadcasting Corporation Act 1961, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of
the Broadcasting Corporation Act 1961 (transmitter site),
and shall vest in the New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
13th day of May 1963.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres and 11 perches
situated in Block V, Titirangi Survey District, and being part
Lot 4, D.P. 8837. All certificate of title, Volume 362, folio
12, North Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 29th day of April 1963.
