Declaring Land Taken for Maori Housing Purposes in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes from and after the 29th day of April 1963.

Declaring an Easement Over Land Taken for the Purposes of a Secondary School in the City of New Plymouth

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a secondary school over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, and across the said land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of storm water, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, from and after the 29th day of April 1963.

All that piece of land containing 5·9 perches situated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., being part Lot 5, D.P. 8383, being part Section 82, Block IV, Paritutu Survey District (Spotswood Settlement); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7446 (S.O. 9498) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
