PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject to a condition as to building line contained in memorandum of acceptance No. 549341, and subject as to Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 22308, to a sewer easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 589753, Canterbury Land Registry, from and after the 29th day of April 1963.
