MAP AMENDMENT No. 4
ALL those pieces of land situated at South Road in the Borough of Henderson described as containing 28'3 perches, more or less, being Lots No. 42 to 46 (both inclusive), D.P. 44604, of the subdivision of parts allotments of the Parishes of Waipareira and Waikomiti, to be changed from part Commercial A and part road widening to Residential A.

BOROUGH OF ASHBURTON
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Public Notification of Variation to District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to resolutions of the Ashburton Borough Council made on the 1st day of April 1963, the following variations have been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The variations relate to:
(a) Town Sections 200, 201, and parts Town Sections 202, and 203, Burnett and Park Streets, at present zoned Residential "A" and proposed to be rezoned to Residential "B".
(b) An amendment to the Code of Ordinances clause 10 (6), reducing the total minimum width of entrance-ways to up to two rear lots from 13 ft 4 in. to 12 ft.
A part plan of the Ashburton Borough District Scheme and a copy of the Code of Ordinances embodying the proposed amendment to clause 10 (6) have been deposited in the Municipal Chambers, Havelock Street, Ashburton, and the Public Library, Havelock Street, Ashburton, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act, and are there for inspection, without fee to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the variations or to any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 1 June 1963. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription £2 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 35s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
