1. That the Warrant under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936 dated the 18th day of March 1949* which relates to that portion of Victoria Street, formerly known as the Kaiapoi-Waddington via Rangiora Main Highway No. 112, in Rangiora County is hereby revoked.
2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 36 of the Transport Act 1949.
