Road Closed in Block XV, Whakatane Survey District, Opotiki County, and Previous Proclamation Revoked

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 5th day of March 1963 and published in Gazette, 14 March 1963, No. 16, page 330, closing road in Block XV, Whakatane Survey District, Opotiki County; and hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of road situated in Block XV, Whakatane Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 1 15·5 Allotment 233, Waiotahi Parish (Gisborne Land District). Also Allotment 487 and part Allotment 197, Waimana Parish (South Auckland Land District).
0 0 10·6 Part Allotment 246, Waiotahi Parish.
0 0 7·3 Part Allotment 247, Waimana Parish.
0 1 27·4 Allotment 488 and part Allotment 195, Waimana Parish (South Auckland Land District).
0 1 28·8 Section 4, Block XV, Whakatane Survey District.
4 1 28·5 Sections 1 and 4, road reserve, and Allotment 233, Waiotahi Parish (Gisborne Land District). Also part Allotments 196 and 197, Waimana Parish (South Auckland Land District).
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7204 (S.O. 5370) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

All those pieces of road situated in Tekapo Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

Altering the Boundaries of the Waimea Electric Power District
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby alter the boundaries of the Waimea Electric Power District so as to include therein the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
All that area situated in the Nelson Land District being the County of Murchison as described in the Second Schedule to a Proclamation dated the 16th day of October 1924 and published in the Gazette on the 23rd day of the same month at page 2501, but excluding therefrom all that area described in the Schedule to a Proclamation dated the 1st day of September 1953 and published in the Gazette on the 3rd day of the same month at page 1430 altering the boundaries of the Waimea Electric Power District.
As the said area is shown outlined in green on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 610 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of April 1963.

Declaring Land in the Taranaki Land District, Vested in the Taranaki Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Taranaki Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
Part Lot 45, D.P. 4277, being part Section 21, Fitzroy District, situated in the City of New Plymouth: Area, 33·6 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 105, folio 216 (Taranaki Registry). As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/552N deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. Plan 9494.)
