Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Added to a
Recreation Reserve in Block II, Hunua Survey District,
Town District of Manunui
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road
the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also
hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of road described
in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to
the recreation reserve described in the Third Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 29 perches situated
in Block II, Hunua Survey District, Town District of Manunui,
Wellington R.D., being part Section .15, Manunui Village;
coloured orange on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 31·8 perches situated in
Block II, Hunua Survey District, Town District of Manunui,
Wellington R.D., adjoining or passing through part Section 15,
Manunui Village; coloured green on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 7362 (S.O. 25329) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.
THIRD SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of public reserve containing 52 acres 2 roods
34·4 perches situated in Block II, Hunua Survey District, Town
District of Manunui, Wellington R.D., being part Section 15,
Manunui Village.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 5th day of April 1963.

Schedule hereto are hereby closed and added to the land
now held for State forest purposes described in the Second
Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in Block II, Waioneke
Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
4 2 22 Allotment 63, Waioneke Parish.
5 3 20 Allotment 63, Waioneke Parish.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 7367 (S.O. 43865) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
green.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 14,150 acres situated in
Blocks VII, VIII, IX, and X, Okaha Survey District, and
Blocks I and II, Waioneke Survey District, Auckland R.D.,
being Allotment 63, Waioneke Parish; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked S.O. 39853 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and
thereon edged red.
