In the matter of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and in the matter of the estate of Harry Sproston Dadley, of Auckland, in New Zealand, importer, deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee as trustee of Harry Sproston Dadley, deceased, has filed in the Supreme Court Office at Auckland a motion for an order amending the scheme approved by a Judge of the Supreme Court relating to a charitable trust called the "Dadley Trust for Crippled Children". The motion filed in the Supreme Court is for an amendment to the scheme to allow the said income, including income which has accrued since the 1st day of June 1956, to be applied for the purposes for which the Endowment Fund can be used, and to authorise from this income the repayment to the Auckland Branch of the New Zealand Crippled Children Society Incorporated the sum of Β£8,000 advanced by that society.
