Appointment of the Royal New Zealand Society for the Health of Women and Children (Auckland Branch) Incorporated to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the
Royal New Zealand Society for the Health of Women and Children (Auckland Branch) Incorporated
to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a site for Plunket rooms, subject, however, to a right of way appurtenant to part Lot 325, D.P. 37885 (post office, Gazette 1957, page 750), in favour of the officers, servants, agents, workmen, and contractors of the New Zealand Post Office either with or without vehicles, implements, and machines by night as well as by day with full and free rights of ingress, egress, and regress over the land shown coloured blue on the plan marked L. and S. 6/3/591A deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington.

Declaration That a Reserve be the Mangere Bridge Waterfront Domain and Appointment of Domain Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to be known as the Mangere Bridge Waterfront Domain, and further, appoints the Manukau County Council to be the Mangere Bridge Waterfront Domain Board to have control of the said domain.
This notice is issued in substitution for the notice dated 19 February 1963 and published in Gazette, 21 February 1963, Volume I, page 241, and that notice is hereby revoked.
