CORRIGENDUM
REFERRING to notice appearing on page 2230, No. 79, Gazette,
dated 13 December 1962, headed, Roads Excluded from
Speed Limitation and Limited Speed Zone Declared.
For First Schedule please read as under—
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Porirua Borough—
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) (from the northern
boundary of Porirua Borough to Mepham Place; and from
the southern boundary of Porirua Borough to a point 6
chains measured northerly generally along the said State
highway from Arawhata Street).
Porirua-Titahi Bay Road (from Lyttelton Avenue to
Kahutea Terrace).
This now agrees with the original document.

Additional Land Taken for a Secondary School in the
Borough of Greytown
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 17th day of January 1963.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 3 roods 2·12 perches
situated in the Borough of Greytown, Wellington R.D., being
part Tahorahina No. 2 Block; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6757 (S.O. 25464)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 16th day of January 1963.

Approving a Company for Securities Under the Administration
Act 1952

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 6 of the Administration Act 1952, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves
The Employers' Liability Assurance Corporation Ltd.
as an incorporated company, the security of which may be
accepted for the purposes of the said section in place of a
bond.

Honour for Prime Minister
His Excellency the Governor-General has received advice
from London that the Queen has been graciously pleased, on
the occasion of the New Year, to appoint the Right Honour-
able Keith Jacka Holyoake, M.P., Prime Minister of New
Zealand, to be a Member of the Order of the Companions of
Honour.

Appointment to the Privy Council
It is officially announced that the Queen has been pleased to
appoint the Honourable Sir Kenneth Macfarlane Gresson,
K.B.E., President of the New Zealand Court of Appeal, to be
a Member of Her Majesty's Privy Council.

Notification of Vacancy of Seat in the House of Representatives for the Electoral District of Northern Maori
In compliance with the provisions of section 72 of the Elec-
toral Act 1956, I, Ronald Macmillan Algie, Speaker of the
House of Representatives of New Zealand, hereby notify that
Tapihana Paraire Paikea, a member of the House of Repre-
sentatives for the Electoral District of Northern Maori, died
on the 7th day of January 1963, during a recess of the House,
and that the said seat in the House of Representatives for the
said Electoral District is vacant by reason of such death.
Dated at Wellington the 14th day of January 1963.
