Import Control Exemption Withdrawal Notice (No. 1) 1963

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Import Control Regulations 1938,* the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Withdrawal Notice (No. 1) 1963.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 20th day of March 1963.
  2. The exemption from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the class set forth in the Schedule hereto included in the exempting notice shown in that Schedule is hereby withdrawn.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 1) 1963

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Import Control Regulations 1938* the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (1) This Notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 1) 1963.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 20th day of March 1963.
  2. Goods of the class specified in the Schedule hereto, imported from and being the manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.
