Declaration That a Reserve Form Part of the Tuatapere Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Tuatapere Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Takapuna City Council on the 29th day of January 1963:

That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Takapuna City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation for road purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Levin Borough Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
