PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after the 25th day of March 1963.

Agreement for Grant of Right of Way in Favour of Harry Paxton Wylde, of Paeroa, Public Servant, Over Land Situated in the Borough of Paeroa Taken for Post Office Purposes (Radio Station) Assented to

WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the 11th day of April 1962, and published in Gazette, 3 May 1962, Volume II, page 677, all those portions of public reserve containing 18·2 perches and 27·8 perches situated in Block XII, Ohinemuri Survey District, Borough of Paeroa, being parts Section 3, Block XXVII, Town of Paeroa, and also an easement of right of way over all that piece of land containing 13·4 perches situated in Block XII, Ohinemuri Survey District, Borough of Paeroa, being part Section 2, Block XXVII, Town of Paeroa, were taken for post office purposes (radio station):

And whereas Harry Paxton Wylde, of Paeroa, public servant, was entitled to compensation in respect of his interest in the said portions of public reserve and land:

And whereas the Minister of Works agreed to grant to the said Harry Paxton Wylde a right of way over the said areas of 18·2 perches and 27·8 perches in full satisfaction of the compensation aforesaid:

And whereas the said Harry Paxton Wylde agreed to accept such grant of right of way in full satisfaction of the said compensation:

Now, therefore, the Minister of Works doth hereby give notice, in pursuance of section 97 of the Public Works Act 1928, that he assents to the agreement hereinbefore referred to.

Declaration That Part of the Motunau Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Motunau Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
