At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 11th day of March 1963

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall on and after the date of this Order in Council become Government road.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 2 roods 14·4 perches situated in Block XI, Mangakahia Survey District, Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through part Lot 4, D.P. 23094, being part Section 26 and part Lot 1, D.P. 40927, being part Section 10; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7162 (S.O. 42739) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Amending an Order in Council Appointing Five Non-elective Members of the Southland Catchment Board

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated the 3rd day of August 1949, and published in the Gazette of 4 August 1949 at page 1626, appointing five non-elective members of the Southland Catchment Board by deleting the words “Fields Instructor, Department of Agriculture, Invercargill”, and substituting the words “Fields Superintendent, Department of Agriculture, Invercargill”.

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council of 10 March 1958* granting control of parts of the foreshore at the Hauraki Gulf to the East Coast Bays Borough Council and other authorities, by adding to the Second Schedule after the word “Wellington” the words “but excluding that area of foreshore occupied by the Murrays Bay Wharf as shown on plan M.D. 4539”.

Amending Order in Council Licensing Waitemata County Council to Use and Occupy Certain Parts of the Foreshore and Land Below Low-water Mark at Hauraki Gulf as Sites for Wharves

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council of the 25th day of January 1955* licensing the Waitemata County Council to use and occupy certain parts of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Hauraki Gulf, by revoking so much thereof as relates to Murrays Bay and the wharf thereat and the charges in respect of that wharf.
