A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Howick, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of land containing 1·1 perches situated in Block IV, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Howick, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 4, L.T. Plan 50302. Part certificate of title, Volume 1346, folio 79, Auckland Land Registry.
