Land Taken for Better Utilisation in Block XV, Motueka Survey District
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of March 1963.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 3 roods 33·6 perches situated in Block XV, Motueka Survey District, Nelson R.D., being Section 6, being all certificate of title, Volume 33, folio 242, Nelson Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of March 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of March 1963.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 2·4 perches situated in Block IV, Taylor Pass Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being part Section 43, Opawa Registration District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7133 (S.O. 4582) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of March 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 6th day of April 1961, and published in Gazette, 13 April 1961, Volume I, page 551, taking land for road in Block X, Ikitara Survey District, in so far as it affects the land thirdly described in the Schedule thereto; and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of March 1963.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 19 perches situated in Block X, Ikitara Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 13257, being part Section 102, Left Bank Wanganui River; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2413 (S.O. 24752) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of March 1963.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of Road in Block VIII, Taringatura Survey District
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (which was acquired for railway purposes and is not now required for that purpose) shall, upon publication hereof in the Gazette, become road; and that such road shall be maintained by the National Roads Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 9 acres 1 rood 35·8 perches situated in Block VIII, Taringatura Survey District, Southland R.D., being part railway land; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6553 (S.O. 7004) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of March 1963.
