Standard Cost of Production of Apples and Pears for the 1962–63 Season Declared (Notice No. Ag. 7721)

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act 1948, the Minister of Agriculture hereby declares the standard cost of production of apples and pears for the 1962–63 season to be 13s. 11·67d. per case of fruit which has been picked, graded, and dispatched to the depot, with a labour allowance for full wrapping and a material allowance for cases and local market labels only.

Average Price for Apples and Pears for the 1962–63 Season Declared (Notice No. Ag. 7722)

PURSUANT to section 16 of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act 1948, the Minister of Agriculture hereby declares that the average price to be paid to growers by the New Zealand Apple and Pear Marketing Board for apples and pears grown during the 1962–63 season shall be 13s. 11·67d. per case of fruit which has been picked, graded, and dispatched to the depot, with a labour allowance for full wrapping and a material allowance for cases and local market labels only.
